The San Diego University for Integrative Studies offers a non-degree certificate Program in Integrative Nursing Care. This program is designed for internationally trained nurses to assist them in becoming licensed in the United States.
Students will learn skills in the professional practice, clinical care, management of healthcare systems and collaborative practice. Students will develop the skills to provide comprehensive, episodic interventions and population based health care to include health monitoring and maintenance.
Graduates of the Certificate in Integrative Nursing program will exhibit an understanding of professional, legal, and ethical standards as they apply to nursing.
Upon completion of the program, students will be better prepared for the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX)
